Information you provide in this Registration Form, and at any other time during the Workshop, will be collected and stored by the Organisers to:
• register your attendance at the Workshop;
• assist with administrative and planning purposes;
• facilitate your requirements in relation to the Workshop; and
• allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Workshop.

There are places for 6 Models for practicing procedures (including the hip joint), for free registration.

  • Registration price includes morning/afternoon tea, lunch on site and networking dinner at Royal Hotel Randwick in the evening on Saturday 28th February.
