Information you provide in this Registration Form, and at any other time during the Conference, will be collected and stored by the Organisers to:

• register your attendance at the Conference;
• assist with administrative and planning purposes;
• facilitate your requirements in relation to the Conference; and
• allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Conference.

If you do not give consent for your details to be held for the above purposes, you cannot register for the Conference and you will be redirected to the Conference website. If this is the case, please contact the Data Control Officer noted below to discuss your concerns..

The Conference will produce a delegate list to be made available during the Conference. The delegate list will be displayed on the Conference app and may be provided to third parties such as sponsors.

> Why are we processing your personal data?


We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration for the event. Your data will be shared with other organisations and third parties in order to process your registration. These will include:

• The hotel you choose to place a reservation with
• Conference sponsors (please note that you have the opportunity to opt out of allowing your information to be shared with sponsors during the registration process)
• Stripe Credit Card Gateway Service
• Conference app supplier
• Conference venue (should you have a dietary or special requirement)
• MailChimp
• Microsoft Azure

> How long will we store your personal data?


Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

> Additional Information


You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymise your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymised” record for reporting reasons.

• You may withdraw your consent at any time by notice in writing to the Managers.
• You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Managers.

Networking Dinner - Saturday 22 November 2025

This workshop includes a Networking Dinner, held onsite at the University Campus on the Saturday evening. This dinner will give attendees the opportunity to connect further, in a more casual environment. Attendance is included and the organising committee looks forward to having everyone present. Registration Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to Thursday 9 October 2025, a full refund will be given (less a AU$75 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted.

Liability / Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither the RMSANZ nor DC Conference & Association Management will accept liability for, but not limited to:
* Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
* Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference;
* Loss of international/domestic air fares or accommodation through cancellation for any reason;
* Medical Expenses.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin. Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.

Force Majeure
The Conference Secretariat shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the unavailability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting. In the event the meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting shall not be liable to attendee for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

Photography
There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the RMSANZ website and on social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
