Information you provide in this Registration Form, and at any other time during the Conference, will be collected and stored by the Organisers to:

• register your attendance at the Conference;
• assist with administrative and planning purposes;
• facilitate your requirements in relation to the Conference; and
• allow the compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the Conference.

If you do not give consent for your details to be held for the above purposes, you cannot register for the Conference and you will be redirected to the Conference website. If this is the case, please contact the Data Control Officer noted below to discuss your concerns..

> Why are we processing your personal data?


We ask for your personal data to facilitate your registration for the event. Your data will be shared with other organisations and third parties in order to process your registration. These will include:

• The hotel you choose to place a reservation with
• Conference sponsors (please note that you have the opportunity to opt out of allowing your information to be shared with sponsors during the registration process)
• Stripe Credit Card Gateway Service
• Conference app supplier
• Conference venue (should you have a dietary or special requirement)
• MailChimp
• Microsoft Azure

> How long will we store your personal data?


Your personal data will be retained by us for up to 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

You retain the right to request that we forget or anonymise your personal data. If you have attended any event with us, we will retain any financial, tax or event attendance records for reporting reasons, but will remove all personal data from our database, leaving an “anonymised” record for reporting reasons.

DCC&A have negotiated special rates with the Hilton Adelaide, whom are the official conference accommodation providers.

Note that a valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Please read the hotel terms and conditions carefully regarding payment.

We advise you to book through the registration form only. Several unauthorised accommodation providers have been targeting people with an interest in this conference.

Any separate or additional bookings made directly with the hotel, outside of those arranged through the conference secretariat, will be your responsibility and must be paid directly to the hotel.

Registration Cancellation Policy
If notification of cancellation is made in writing to the Conference Secretariat prior to 6 March 2026, a full refund will be given (less a AU$175 processing fee). After this date no refund will be given, however a substitute delegate may be accepted. Refunds for social functions will be given at the discretion of the Conference Secretariat.

Late Payment Policy
Early Bird Registration Fees:
Early bird registration fees are applicable for delegates who have registered before 6 March 2026. Please note, any early bird registrations not paid for by 16 March 2026 will automatically be amended and invoiced to the standard registration fee.

Standard Registration Fees:
Standard registration fees are applicable for delegates who have registered after 6 March 2026. 

Liability / Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Neither PRECI nor DC Conference & Association Management will accept liability for, but not limited to:
- Damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, loss;
- Loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through cancellation of the Conference;
- Loss of international/domestic air fares or accommodation through cancellation for any reason;
- Medical Expenses.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate and should be purchased in your country of origin. Delegates are strongly recommended to take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non-refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel.

Force Majeure
The Conference Secretariat shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the unavailability of the venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without fault or negligence. For one or more of such reasons, the Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting may postpone, reschedule or cancel the event without liability on the part of Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting. In the event the meeting cannot be held or is postponed pursuant to this section, the Conference Secretariat and any co-organisers of the meeting shall not be liable to attendee for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.

Photography
There will be photographs taken throughout the conference and at the social events. These may be used for promotional activities, including the PRECI websites and on social media. If you do not want your photograph taken, or used, please notify the photographer onsite at your earliest convenience.
